Happy planning news from my city! (Columbus)
Townships will look more like the cities that surround them under stricter development rules that will govern commercial property in unincorporated areas of Franklin County.
The new rules, to take effect in September, will govern how close buildings must be to the roads they face, how many parking spaces are required and where they must be located, and what types of signs can be placed out...
