I honestly don’t understand why more places like this don’t exist. Take, for example, The Spotty Dog in Hudson, NY, which is one of my favorite places in the state. The formula is pretty simple: Beer + Good Books = Magic. I’m sure there are codes and liquor license issues, but if anyone in Brooklyn has a whole bunch of money they want to sink into a business, hit me up. We won’t get rich, but we’ll be awesome.
